Botanica Municipal Youth Centre

The fifth Municipal Youth Centre, opened by the Chisinau City Hall in April 2023, was in the Botanica sector.

It is located in the former abandoned building, where the Botanica Civil Status Service used to be, Botanica bd. Dacia 37/1.

Within the framework of this project, capital repair works were carried out on the interior rooms of the building, including the engineering networks, so as to ensure a comfortable environment for all users of the center.

A video surveillance, security and fire protection system was also installed to guarantee the security and protection of the building and its users.

At the same time, the roof was rehabilitated and improvements were made to reduce heating costs.

The amount allocated from the municipal budget for repairing and equipping the Botanica Youth Centre was 5.8 million lei.

At the same time, with the support of UNICEF Moldova in the amount of 176 000 lei, the Centre was equipped with equipment and materials for activities.

The Botanica Youth Centre has as a priority the field of art, so the Centre has also created an ArtHUB where young artists can carry out various activities.

The programs that take place in the Centre are:

- Volunteering and youth information
- Personal development and leisure time animation
- ArtHUB
- Interest clubs

The Botanica Youth Centre program: Tuesday - Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00.
