Financial support for people with disabilities

In order to support the process of inclusion of people with disabilities, the Chisinau City Hall helps them with support programs, including financial ones.

Thus, every year, more than 20 thousand people with disabilities benefit from various material aid:- Material aid based on identified needs;

- material aid for Easter holidays;
- for the Day of people with hearing impairments;
- for the Day of people with visual impairments;
- for the International Day of People with Disabilities;
- to support parents raising and educating children with special needs;
- to stimulate individual artistic performances of children/young people with disabilities;
- compensation for transport services.

In the period 2020-2023, in order to implement the above-mentioned programs, the Chisinau City Hall granted financial resources in the amount of 71 832 000 lei.
