Interactive E-XtraSchool Catalogue

The interactive catalogue extrascolar.md launched by the Chisinau City Hall in 2022 and managed by the Directorate General for Education, Youth and Sport contains free extracurricular activities for children and young people in Chisinau.

The project aims to provide beneficiaries with a wide range of extracurricular activities, from swimming classes to financial education lessons. The beneficiaries are children from 5 years old, teenagers and young people from all sectors of Chisinau municipality.

The launch of the Catalogue took place on the eve of the summer holidays, on 30 May 2022. Thus, children and young people from the Chisinau municipality were able to enjoy a wide range of free activities in the city: reading and creative activities, development programs, dozens of sports activities and socialization initiatives.

The catalogue can be accessed free of charge, without login and password, on the website educatieonline.md or directly on the page extrascolar.md. The interactive search engine allows parents and children to find their favorite activities based on keywords, age, or requested address.

The activities are organized and carried out by the branches of the "B.P. Hasdeu" Municipal Library, community centers, art schools and other extracurricular educational institutions managed by the General Directorate for Education, Youth and Sport.
