Pedestrian on piano keyboards

In May 2023 the rehabilitation works of the Eugen Doga pedestrian boulevard started. This will largely involve the resurfacing of the pavement, which will imitate the keyboards of a piano.

The alley is planned to stretch from Columna Street to Constantin Tanase Street, where a statue in the shape of a treble clef is to be installed.

The project is dedicated to Eugen Doga, our contemporary considered the greatest living Romanian composer.

The works were carried out by the Chisinau City Hall together with a Turkish company, and the cost of the works is about 2 million lei.
