Mobile Youth Centre

In the Year of Youth - 2023, the Chisinau City Hall has come up with new programs and services for young people in the municipality.

The Mobile Youth Center program was announced at an event held in PMAN, where the 15 electric scooters were presented, purchased for young people from the five municipal youth centers to go around the blocks, parks, neighborhoods, squares, to talk to the Capital's residents about the activities and programs they carry out.

To start with, the volunteers have set up 135 locations where they will promote their actions, especially as the infrastructure of sidewalks and streets has become more accessible for alternative transport, including scooters.

These are innovative tools to make their voices heard and to better analyze the situation in the city.

From 2022, the teams of the five youth centers in Chisinau will also have a car, purchased with the support of UNICEF Moldova, thanks to which volunteers and employees will be able to travel to provide the necessary services and organize activities in the field.
