SECOND COMPACTOR FOR THE ȚÂNȚĂRENI LANDFILL

The machine, with an operational weight of 37 tons, will be used for the efficient compaction of waste.
The compactor was purchased from the German company BOMAG FAYAT GROUP GmbH, a global leader in waste management machinery technology.
This new equipment is essential and complements the existing technical fleet of the municipal sanitation operator, along with the compactor acquired in 2020.

The total investment value is 11,736,000 lei (VAT included), fully financed from the own resources of the municipal enterprise “Autosalubritate”. The purchase was made outside the “Chișinău Solid Waste” project, as part of the enterprise’s own modernization program.

This investment adds to other equipment acquisitions made by the Chișinău City Hall and the municipal enterprise “Autosalubritate”, including: a next-generation excavator, a vehicle lift, a forklift, a double-cab pickup truck, two dump trucks, and a multifunctional tractor.
