Description

On Calea Orheiului Street, on the section between the Visterniceni and Renașterii Naționale roundabouts, road‑bed preparation works are under way for applying a Slurry Seal layer.

The interventions include milling the damaged portions of the carriageway, followed by mechanized patching, to create a uniform base for the bituminous coating.

Applying the Slurry Seal layer helps waterproof the pavement, increase traction, and protect the road structure from external factors, without imposing major traffic restrictions.

These actions are part of the municipal preventive road‑maintenance program.
