WASTE COLLECTION IN ȚÎNȚĂRENI VILLAGE
Description
A modern separate waste collection system has been implemented in Țînțăreni commune, as part of a partnership between the Chișinău City Hall, the Țînțăreni Local Council, and the municipal enterprise “Autosalubritate”, established under a civil partnership contract.
To facilitate waste sorting at the source, each household in the commune has received two 240-liter containers, distributed as follows:
1,461 black containers for household (mixed) waste;
1,461 green containers for recyclable waste.
The containers were purchased through a public tender.
To support proper usage, residents received informative leaflets with rules for waste separation and details about the collection schedule.
Through active involvement in such projects, the Chișinău City Hall demonstrates its commitment to creating a cleaner and healthier environment for partner localities.
