Extension and repair, TL "Elena Alistar"

Chișinău City Hall has turned the “Elena Alistar” Theoretical Lyceum into a model institution with an arts profile, through major investments in infrastructure and modern equipment.

In recent years, the school building has undergone extensive rehabilitation and energy efficiency upgrades. Internal spaces have been modernized, and the school has been equipped with new furniture, technology, and tools tailored to its artistic focus.

Over 21 million MDL were invested in structural consolidation and capital repairs. The canteen, which had never been renovated since the school's founding, was fully modernized and furnished. A new, dedicated dining hall was also set up for students.

An additional 8.7 million MDL were used to purchase computers, teaching materials, and specialized equipment: interactive boards and panels, IT systems, lighting and sound equipment for the theatre studio, as well as new furniture for all classrooms.

The “Elena Alistar” Lyceum serves 1100 students in 36 classes, with a teaching staff of 70 and 35 auxiliary employees.
