Description

The beneficiaries of the center will be children aged 0 to 5 from the Centru sector of Chișinău Municipality who face developmental disorders and disabilities, as well as their families.

The center will provide free and personalized services through a multidisciplinary team of doctors, psychologists, speech therapists, and physiotherapists. Planned activities include:

- assessments and individualized intervention plans
- physiotherapy and occupational therapy sessions
- speech therapy for correcting language disorders
- stimulation activities in the sensory room
- psychological counseling and support for parents to continue the rehabilitation process at home

This Center is the result of a successful collaboration. Chișinău City Hall provided the premises and necessary support, while UNICEF, the Government of Norway, Lumos Moldova Foundation, CNAM, and the Ministry of Health contributed to the development of the project.

Through the creation of the Early Intervention Center for children, Chișinău is becoming a more inclusive and child-friendly capital.
