MODERN EXCAVATOR FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT
Description
Chișinău City Hall and the municipal sanitation company “Autosalubritate” continue the modernization of the waste management sector through self-funded investments in high-performance equipment.
A modern excavator worth 3.6 million lei (VAT included) has been purchased, intended for works at the municipal waste landfill in Țînțăreni and for infrastructure maintenance. This acquisition is separate from the municipal project “Chișinău Solid Waste.”
Previously, the company purchased other equipment worth a total of 7.47 million lei, including a car elevator, a forklift, a double-cab pickup truck, two modern dump trucks, and a multifunctional tractor. In addition, a state-of-the-art compactor is expected to be delivered soon.
Through these investments, the municipality reaffirms its commitment to equipping the city with modern technology and ensuring sanitation services that meet European standards.
