IMPROVEMENT OF THE COURTYARD AT HÎNCEȘTI HIGHWAY 20

The courtyard of the residential buildings located at Hîncești Highway 20 has been rehabilitated.

As part of the works, curbs were installed, vehicle and pedestrian access routes were arranged, and parking spaces were created to increase the safety and comfort of residents. The intervention was financed from the municipal budget.

This is the second project implemented at the same address, following the renovation this autumn of the heating system in the basements of the 9 staircases, which improved the buildings’ energy efficiency.

Further works are planned for the rehabilitation of sidewalks along Hîncești Highway, aiming at the complete modernization of the area.

In recent years, Chișinău City Hall has carried out interventions in over 2,000 residential courtyards.
