Accessories for people with diabetes

In the period 2020-2022, Chisinau City Hall has allocated almost 3 million lei to provide people with diabetes with glucometers.

In 2020, 6,893 people were provided with glucose measuring accessories, the total amount allocated from the municipal budget for this purpose being 428.800 thousand lei.

In 2021, 8 thousand 828 people with diabetes were provided with glucometers, for which the municipal authorities allocated 557 thousand 400 lei from the capital budget.

During 2022, the aid provided to people with diabetes to keep their blood sugar levels under control amounted to 1 million 853 thousand 200 lei.
