Municipal Small Grants Program

Chisinau City Hall has funded 33 projects initiated and implemented by young people in the period 2020-2022.

In 2020, 14 projects (6 initiated by NGOs and 8 by initiative groups) were financed and implemented in the amount of 200 thousand lei. In 2021, youth organizations and initiative groups in Md. Chisinau implemented 12 projects in the amount of 300 thousand lei.

In 2022, the Municipal Grant Program for youth organizations and initiative groups included 7 winning projects with a total fund of 500 thousand lei. Projects contributing to the implementation of youth policies at the municipal level were supported, based on the following priorities: youth participation and volunteering, youth services and youth health, economic opportunities for young people, employment and strengthening the youth sector.

The projects submitted for funding had a maximum implementation period of 8 months and ended in December 2022.
