Repair of pavements on Bodoni and Puskin Streets

In 2020, the rehabilitation of sidewalks in the historic center of the city began.

The first to benefit from the modernization of pedestrian areas were the streets Mitropolit Gavriil Banulescu Bodoni and Alexandr Puskin, in the perimeter of Alexei Mateevici Street and Albisoara Street.

According to the project, the following works were carried out:

- pavements were paved in two colours - white and black;
- new kerbs were installed;
- green areas were landscaped;
- street lighting was rehabilitated;
- access for people with reduced mobility was facilitated;
- urban decorative elements were installed;
- parking places were installed on certain parts of the street.

The cost of the works was 22.8 million lei, money allocated by the Government and some economic agents
