Rehabilitation of the Ivan Zaikin street square

The Ivan Zaikin Stable has undergone an extensive rehabilitation process and will be refurbished in 2022 with the support of the Jewish Community of Chisinau.

The repair works included:
- the construction of a protective dam against unevenness;
- the installation of pedestrian walkways, including an access path for people with reduced mobility;
- the rehabilitation of the green space;
- the installation of street lighting;
- the installation of an irrigation system;
- the installation of a children's playground and street furniture;
- the installation of a video surveillance system.

150 trees were planted in the same square as part of a greening campaign.

The value of the work exceeded 3 million lei.
