“Universul Copiilor" Project

The main objective of the project was to popularize astronomy and to organize non-formal education activities for children in order to stimulate their interest in space sciences.

In the premises of the "Floarea Soarelui" Creation Centre, children participated in workshops and had the opportunity to explore the universe through informative materials, presentations and drawings. The activities focused on the solar system, planets and key astronomical events and the children had the opportunity to expand their areas of interest and research.

Another highlight of the project was a guided excursion to the Cosmonautics Museum in the capital, where children had the opportunity to learn more about space exploration.

The importance of children's participation in knowledge activities is crucial for their further development. Through this project, children had the opportunity to expand their knowledge and discover new and interesting things about the surrounding world.

The project was implemented with a budget of 444 200 lei and the results obtained were positive and encouraging for the continuation and expansion of such projects in the future.
