Modernization of MCH "Sf. Arhanghel Mihail"

The Municipal Clinical Hospital " Sf. Arhanghel Mihail" has benefited from important investments from the Chisinau City Hall over three years. The largest allocations from the municipal budget came during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In 2020, 3 603 500 lei were allocated for the purchase of state-of-the-art medical equipment.
Among the equipment purchased are:
- 1 video laryngoscope;
- 1 hematological analyzer;
- 5 compact medical monitors;
- 14 oxygen concentrators;
- 3 bactericidal lamps;
- 10 infusion pumps;
- 3 pulmonary ventilators;
- 1 blood bag refrigerator;
- 1 anesthesia machine;
- 1 paraffin impregnation system;
- 1 manual rotary microtome;
- 2 3-channel electrocardiographs;
- 1 refrigerated cabinet.
In 2021, the amount allocated for investments was 2 000 000 lei, and the machines purchased were:- 1 high-performance ultrasonography;- 1 VP1 histoprocessor. In 2022, the hospital received a significant amount of 4 000 000 lei for the purchase of a CT scanner.
At the same time, important investments were made in repair works. In 2021, capital repair works were carried out at the hospital's therapeutic block with a total amount of 2 353 300 lei. Total investments in the development of the hospital " Sf. Arhanghel Mihail" amounted to about 12 million lei.
