Description

The square was landscaped by Chisinau City Hall, with the support of Buzau County Council, under a cooperation agreement, concluded in 2021.

The project included various works:

- installation of a monument dedicated to the diplomat and politician Nicolae Titulescu;

- creation of pedestrian walkways;

- installation of the lighting system;

- installation of the irrigation system;

- installation of street furniture.

The municipal budget allocated 2.7 million lei for the project, with the Buzau County Council contributing 50 thousand euro.
