184 buses procured

In recent years, Chișinău City Hall has purchased 184 modern buses, manufactured by renowned companies such as Isuzu, MAN, Volvo, VDL, and Solaris.

Between 2021–2025, the following were acquired:

• 100 new ISUZU buses;

• 58 pre-owned buses, models MAN, Volvo, and VDL;

• 26 articulated Solaris buses, with mileage.

All transport units were procured through public tender procedures and are equipped with modern facilities for passengers:

• air conditioning system;

• access ramps for persons with disabilities;

• free Wi-Fi access;

• USB sockets for charging mobile devices.

For these acquisitions, Chișinău City Hall allocated 355,200,000 lei, confirming its commitment to modernizing public transport infrastructure and ensuring comfortable and safe travel conditions for the residents of the capital.
