Development of the forest-park "Butoias"
Description
Starting in 2020, several renovation works have been carried out in the “Butoiaș” Forest-Park in the Buiucani sector, in order to ensure residents’ access to well-developed infrastructure within an urban public recreation area.
The following actions were implemented:
- restoration of the alleys and construction of new sidewalks
- installation of a lighting system
- installation of a video surveillance system
- equipping the area with urban furniture
- installation of a fitness area
- installation of a workout area
- installation of a children’s playground
- arrangement of access points to the park
In addition, the Summer Cinema in the park underwent major renovation. The works included the repair of retaining walls and application of mural painting, installation of seating, installation of a projection structure for film screenings, and a canvas roof.
The budget allocated for this project exceeds 3,000,000 lei.
