Rehabilitation of "La Izvor" park

The park has been modernized in the last three years and has become an attractive area for both those who want to rest and those who choose to practice sports, being one of the areas with the richest and most diverse sports infrastructure.

In the renovation project the following works have been carried out:

- the beach area has been completely rehabilitated, with all accesses repaired;
- all pedestrian walkways in the perimeter of lakes 1 and 2 have been repaired and redesigned;
- three public toilets have been built;
- new street furniture has been installed;
- a pedestrian hedge has been built;
- two playgrounds have been laid out;
- a new public and decorative lighting system has been installed;
- the main pavement along Calea Iesilor street, which provides access to the park, has been repaired.

In order to promote a healthy lifestyle, especially outdoor sports, a public sports and leisure complex was built, including:

- a football pitch;
- two tennis courts;
- two volleyball courts;
- a workout court.

The total value of the investments amounts to 28 million lei.
