Description

The underpass at 74 Ion Creanga Street in the Buiucani sector is located near the former "Flacara" Cinema.
The underground had never been repaired and was in a disastrous state.

During the implementation of the project, the following works were carried out:
- the garages around the underground and in the passage were evacuated
- the internal and external walls were repaired
- the sewage system was rehabilitated
- a new lighting system was installed
- a video monitoring system was installed

At the same time, a photo gallery of the most famous places/buildings of the city Cernauti was installed in the passage. The passage was named after it.

The budget for this was allocated at 1 717 000 lei.
