Renovation of the NCC "Satul Moldovenesc Buciumul"

The National Centre of Creation "Satul Moldovenesc Buciumul" has been reopened to the general public, being rehabilitated by the Chisinau City Hall. 

After being left in disrepair for a decade, repair and rehabilitation works, financed from the municipal budget, were initiated in spring 2022. 

Electrical, water and sewage networks were restored and the rooms for cultural activities were repaired and equipped with furniture and technology. The grounds of the complex have been cleaned and landscaped, paving has been laid, the fountain in the courtyard has been rehabilitated, and a gazebo and outdoor toilet block have been built.

  The M. E. National Centre of Creation "Satul Moldovenesc Buciumul" hosts cultural and artistic events with the participation of a large number of artists. Currently, the centre employs 25 people. 

For the repair works, 6.7 million lei have been allocated from the municipal budget for 2022 alone.
