Rehabilitation of the park in D. Riscanu Street
Description
The park on Dumitru Riscanu street, was rehabilitated.
The works included:
- paving of
pedestrian paths
- arrangement of parking places
- installation of public
lighting system
- cleaning of trees
- installation of street furniture

arrangement of green spaces
- installation of a playground and two fitness
courts, including for disabled people
- installation of tennis and chess tables
-
installation of a toilet.
The park has also been equipped with road signs, road markings and portable traffic lights, known as the "Oraselul de siguranta rutiera pentru copii".
In this special place, children can learn about road safety rules and the importance of following them. Children have the opportunity to have theoretical and practical lessons so that they can learn how to cross the road correctly or ride a bicycle in a public place.
The infrastructure project is being carried out by the municipality according to a design approved by the Inspectorate General of Police, based on a concept supported by the German Federal Ministry of the Interior, which contributed the necessary inventory for the children's safety zone.
The total investment for
the realization of the project amounts to more than 8 million lei.
