Special waste compactor

The "Autosalubritate" has purchased a new compactor, worth 6.9 million lei, which is three times more profitable than previous machines.

The BOMAG type compactor has a mass of about 40 tons and a waste compression capacity of 1000 kg per square meter.

The new machine ensures denser compaction of waste, which reduces the penetration of atmospheric precipitation into the substrates.

At the same time, the possibility of fires is reduced and the period of operation of the landfill is extended.

The purchase was made possible thanks to co-financing from the National Ecological Fund, which contributed 5.8 million lei, and the Chisinau City Hall, which allocated 1.025 million lei.
