Kindergarten no.167, energy efficiency

Kindergarten no.167 was rehabilitated within the project "Energy efficiency and thermal insulation of public buildings in Chisinau municipality", implemented by the Chisinau City Hall with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (BERD) and the European Investment Bank (BEI).

Work carried out:
- Reinforcement of the building structure;
- Thermal insulation of walls, roof and basement;
- Replacement of windows and doors;
- Rehabilitation of heating points and indoor heating networks;
- Installation of ventilation systems;
- Installation of energy management systems and LED lighting;
- Installation of photovoltaic panels;
- Other measures not related to energy efficiency.

The allocated budget is about 8 500 000 lei.
