In 2021, special places have been set up for objects made by folk craftsmen from Chisinau and the whole country.
In total, stands for 21 trading places were
installed on the pedestrian street "Eugen Doga", which will be used
during the temporary handicraft fair, and during the period of absence of the
vendors, they can be used as street furniture.
The project was realized
according to the concept proposed by designers Mihai Stamati and Andrei
Gramatschii and represents installations with minimal architectural impact on
the streetscape.
Both on the installed supports and on the vertical stands
there are stylistic elements of the country brand "Pomul Vietii”.
The
project also includes the relocation of painting vendors to Columna Street,
where the second feature, the Art Alley, is currently being developed to serve
as a tourist attraction.
