In recent years, working conditions
have been significantly improved and wages for RTEC and PUA employees have been
increased.
Drivers and ticket inspectors are responsible for the safety and comfort
of passengers and transport companies are directly responsible for their safety
and comfort at work. Thus, in the last period:
- wages have been increased 4
times, with a 37.9% increase compared to 2020;
- meal vouchers have been
introduced (70 lei per working day);
- many works have been carried out to
create rest and recreation areas for employees;
- new uniforms have been
purchased;
- the company's canteen has been repaired;
- new tools have been
purchased;
- the rolling stock has been replaced with modern and safe transport
units;
We would like to mention that employees are also given incentives
through various salary bonuses: bonuses, seniority and holidays.
