Energy efficiency LT "Vasile Alecsandri"

The Chisinau City Hall financed the energy efficiency of the building of the "Vasile Alecsandri" Lyceum in the Botanica sector.

The works were carried out in 2022 and included both thermal insulation of the building and the installation of solar panels on the roof of the institution. A sum of 14 million lei was allocated from the municipal budget for this purpose.

The "Vasile Alecsandri" Lyceum has 645 students. The institution is the beneficiary of the project "Eficienta energetica si izolare termica a cladirilor publice din municipiul Chisinau", carried out under the aegis of the City Hall, with the support of BERD, BEI and the E5P Energy Fund.
