Energy efficiency Kindergarten no. 146
Description
Kindergarten No. 146 was rehabilitated within the project "Eficienta energetica si izolare termica a cladirilor publice din municipiul Chisinau", implemented by the Chisinau City Hall with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (BERD) and the European Investment Bank (BEI).
The project included the external insulation of the buildings (roof, walls, basement); replacement of carpentry; installation of ventilation systems with heat recovery; rehabilitation of thermal systems; replacement of equipment in the food block; installation of LED-based interior lighting network; installation of photovoltaic systems for electricity generation; installation of solar thermal systems for DHW generation; smart metering systems.
