Energy efficiency Kindergarten no. 167

Kindergarten no.167 was rehabilitated within the project "Eficienta energetica si izolare termica a cladirilor publice din municipiul Chisinau", implemented by the Chisinau City Hall with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (BERD) and the European Investment Bank (BEI).

Work carried out:

- Reinforcement of the building structure;
- Thermal insulation of walls, roof and basement;
- Replacement of windows and doors;
- Rehabilitation of heating points and indoor heating networks;
- Installation of ventilation systems;
- Installation of energy management systems and LED lighting;
- Installation of photovoltaic panels;
- Other non-energy efficiency measures.

The budget allocated is about 8 500 000 lei.
