Following requests from residents, current repair works have started in the courtyards of apartment blocks located at 2 and 4 N. Titulescu Street, 1 Sarmizegetusa Street, and 59, 61, and 63 Decebal Boulevard, in the Botanica district of the Capital.

Chișinău City Hall has launched rehabilitation works in the courtyard at 3 Petru Zadnipru Street, in the Ciocana district of the Capital.

Following requests from residents of the apartment block on Alba-Iulia Street 5, Buiucani district, Chișinău City Hall has initiated the development of parking spaces in the building’s courtyard.

The Chișinău City Hall has started the rehabilitation works of the courtyard of the residential buildings located at 3–5 Cetatea Albă Street, in the Botanica sector of the Capital.

Another residential courtyard is undergoing rehabilitation in the Buiucani sector, this time on Ion Creangă Street, 72–76.

Slides and play structures have been installed, along with urban furniture elements such as benches and waste bins.

As part of the municipal program for repairing access roads to apartment courtyards in the Buiucani sector, the Chișinău City Hall has launched works on Calea Ieșilor Street.

Works are underway on arranging the sidewalk and the access stairs to the block.

The courtyards of the apartment blocks on N. Zelinski St. 5/1 and 5/3 in the Botanica sector are under rehabilitation.

In the courtyard of the residential block on Maria Drăgan Street, 14/2, asphalt paving works have been completed.

The Chișinău City Hall has initiated rehabilitation works for the courtyard of the residential blocks located at 10/2 Podul Înalt Street, in the Ciocana sector of the capital.

The courtyard of the residential buildings located at Hîncești Highway 20 has been rehabilitated.

Pedestrian infrastructure has been rehabilitated at 17 and 21 Dacia Boulevard, as well as at 84 Decebal Street, where Chișinău City Hall also created over 100 parking spaces.

Renovation works have been carried out in the apartment courtyards at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 N. Grădescu Street.

The project targets 10 residential courtyards as part of a large-scale urban rehabilitation program.

Extensive modernization works are underway in the courtyards of residential buildings on Balcani Highway 2/1, 4, 6/1, and 8, aiming to provide residents with a more comfortable living space.

The project has allocated funds for the construction of basketball courts in the courtyards of 11 D. Râșcanu Street, 58 Grădinilor Street and 7/1 Studenților Street.

5 football pitches were built in different regions of the capital thanks to allocations from the Chisinau City Hall.

In 53 blocks of flats in the Capital, the roofs were repaired.

The City Hall invested in energy efficiency in 51 blocks of flats by replacing old windows in stairwells with new efficient ones.

Under this project, 15 intra-block staircases were restored in the Riscani sector. These stairs are essential for the movement of citizens within the neighbourhoods.

As part of the rehabilitation works, the old and damaged tiles were removed, and the entire structure is being modernized to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.

Through this project, staircase repair works were carried out at 5 addresses in Ciocana sector.

Residents in the perimeter of blvd. Dacia 2, have benefited from a complex repair of the stairs, which provide access to the nearby block yards.

The project involved a series of infrastructure rehabilitation and upgrading works, leading to improved accessibility and safety in the area.

377 garbage chutes in 179 blocks have been closed through the Municipal Program for the Disposal of Garbage Chutes in the Stairwells of Residential Blocks.

During 2020-2022, Chisinau City Hall financed disinfection and pest control works in thousands of blocks of flats in Chisinau and suburbs.

The public lighting network in Chisinau municipality has been modernised and reconfigured, making it more efficient and safer.
