Chișinău City Hall continues to identify and implement solutions aimed at improving the quality of public transport services, as well as developing the route network both within the city and in suburban areas. In recent years, the trolleybus and bus fleets have been modernized through the acquisition of 397 new and pre-owned units (213 trolleybuses and 184 buses), which allowed for the complete replacement of vehicles older than 10 years. This measure has contributed to creating a more modern, safe, and accessible public transport system for all passengers. The new transport units comply with current quality standards.
