The field of culture enjoys special attention from de municipality. Emphasis was placed on the valorization of cultural people, repair and equipping of the 5 art schools, launching of cultural projects and events for children, young people, but also elderly people. Similarly, spaces were set up for the sale of handicrafts and souvenirs, archaeological remains were strengthened and enhanced and the Tourist Trolleybus was launched. The municipality also financially supported the production of the book "Identitatile Chisinaului". At the same time, the National Creation Centre "Satul Moldovenesc Buciumul" was reopened to the general public after rehabilitation.
