The waste management infrastructure development and maintenance project included the modernization of the polygon in the village of Tintareni where, with the help of foreign partners, more than 240 million lei were invested. Modular platforms for separate waste collection were also built in several areas of Chisinau. The investments made by the Chisinau City Hall in the infrastructure of the village of Tintareni can also be qualified as infrastructure projects, investments that exceed 60 million lei.
RECULTIVATION OF THE CIOCANA LANDFILL
The project involves the reprofiling of the waste deposit, installation of modern leachate and biogas collection systems, construction of an access road, and a stormwater collection system.
