The Chisinau Municipality has made it a priority to modernize medical institutions by opening new departments and equipping them with modern medical equipment and technologies. Hundreds of millions of lei have been invested in repairs and the technical-material endowment of hospitals. Additionally, significant amounts have been allocated for medical programs and overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.
