22 municipal public institutions, 14 high schools, 5 kindergartens, and 3 hospitals have been rehabilitated as part of the "Energy Efficiency and Thermal Rehabilitation of Buildings in Chisinau Municipality" Project.

As part of the large-scale rehabilitation project of Bd. Decebal, which includes the restoration of the roadway, sidewalks, and modernization of traffic lights, work is also being carried out on the public street lighting network.

This is the infrastructure project aimed at improving the energy efficiency of all buildings of Kindergarten No. 7, located in the Centru sector of the capital, funded by municipal allocations.

Kindergarten No. 127 "Trofimas" is one of the institutions benefiting from the Project "Eficienta Energetica si izolarea termica a institutiilor publice din municipiul Chisinau".

The largest Russian-language lyceum in Chisinau, "Nicolae Gogol", benefited from an energy efficiency project worth 32 600 000 lei.

The thermal rehabilitation works of the Theoretical Lyceum "Elena Alistar" with arts profile, were carried out in 2021.

The Theoretical Lyceum "Vasile Lupu" in the Centre sector is one of the 19 schools and kindergartens repaired and modernised under the „Eficienta Energetica‌ si izolarea termica‌" Project.

Georghe Meniuc" Lyceum has been insulated and made energy efficient thanks to investments by the Chisinau City Hall.

In 2022, Chisinau City Hall financially supported the thermal insulation and restoration works of the "Ion Luca Caragiale" Gymnasium building in Riscani sector.

The Theoretical Lyceum "Gaudeamus" in Ciocana sector has benefited from an extensive energy efficiency project, which included thermal insulation works on the facade.

From 2021, 13 lyceums and 5 kindergartens in the capital will benefit from photovoltaic power plants.
